INTERIOR
This spacious villa is designed to give two completely separate living spaces for those larger parties wanting complete privacy. The ground floor has 2 spacious double bedded rooms and 1 w/c with bathtub with jacuzzi jets.

There is a well-equipped open plan kitchen and comfortable sitting room. A partially enclosed BBQ area is just outside the door making cooking meals between the kitchen and grilling convenient. A spacious terrace with dining table is located just up a few stairs and overlooks the pool and a supberb view of the pine covered valley.

The upper level of the house can be closed off completely at the front door. Here, there is a spiral stairway that leads to the second level living area with a large sitting room, double bedroom and w/c with bathtub.

An even larger roof-terrace is well equipped with table and chairs for enjoying wonderful sunsets over the sea toward Panormos Beach.

Only a few minutes drive from the villa, the picturesque bay of Panormos with its large beach is just for those wanting lazy days in the sun, swimming in the sea and evening meals away from the busy town. The services of our representative are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property) and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before 19:00.

On top of that we can offer alternative ways of transfer to the island or the house you have reserved.
services

We provide cleaning service and linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning (excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne, etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.

Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay. Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday with us an unforgettable experience.

In addition, a villa folder will be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

Even though sometimes possible, clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00. On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise arranged with our representative's Service Office.
ferry ticket reservations & flights

If you wish to reserve ferry tickets to and from Sporades, please use our on line ferry ticket reservation system. Tickets will be sent to you by courier either to your home address or to an address in Greece, providing you will be staying for at least 1 working day there.
