INTERIOR VILLA 1 - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL The master bathroom is decorated in grey tiles and has stone built-in bedside tables.In this model, the stairs down from the kitchen leads to the middle level of the building where there is a spacious bedroom with two twin beds and windows facing out to the same fantastic views of the mountains opposite, the harbour and Skopelos Town below.
On this same level is the laundry room with washing machine and plenty of wardrobe space.
The bottom level of this model leads to the master bedroom with king sized bed. It is decorated in grey tiles and has built-in stone bedside tables which give the room a traditional look.
There is a large wardrobe on one wall and double French doors lead to the rectangular-shaped pool. There is also a very spacious w/c with bathtub across the hall from the master bedroom.
INTERIOR VILLA 2 - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL The entrance to Villa number 2 leads into the same split leveled mezzanine as Villa 3 with only changes in colours and decoration. The floors are polished cement with inlaid white marble. In this model, there is a full sized bathtub in the master bedroom with windows facing out toward the lovely views.
The bathtub is surrounded by white marble with a marble step up into the tub. There is also a w/c shower room en-suite. The king sized bed, spacious wardrobes and dressing table make an extremely comfortable master suite. Again there is a twin bedded room on the bottom level of the villa leading to the pool terrace with a kidney- shaped pool. INTERIOR VILLA 3 - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL The kitchen is fully equipped and is located for easy serving
of outdoor meals. It is attractively decorated with modern
black cabinets and stainless steel accents. The spacious terrace
is reached by two sets of French doors which leave way to
stunning views of the harbour, town and the Stafilos Valley.
It is fully furnished with outdoor dining table, plenty of
seating and a pergola to shade from the afternoon heat. Many
hours can be spend just relaxing and taking in these breath-taking
views. With this brand new, fully equipped kitchen at hand
and such comfortable surroundings complemented by stunning
views of the whitewashed village below, you will rarely want
to leave the villa. The next level down comprises the master bedroom suite which is furnished with a king sized bed, spacious wardrobe and en-suite w/c with full sized bathtub. This roomy bedroom is complete with TV/music center and personal computer. A set of double French doors open out to breathtaking views and soft sea breezes. The large laundry room with washing machine is also on this level. A few more steps lead to the bottom floor of the house where there is a 3rd bedroom, comfortably furnished with twin beds, wardrobe and small seating area. From here, the private kidney-shaped pool is reached through double French doors. Another large dining table and chairs, complete with a huge sun umbrella is found just outside the bedroom. The spacious pool area has comfortable lounges and is beautifully landscaped with flowers and grassy areas for the kids to play. Of course the spectacular views are carried through to this level where sunny lazy days and romantic nights can be whiled away in this enchanting setting. INTERIOR VILLA 4 - PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL (Not for
rent)
Attractive indoor furnishings such as a wooden breakfast table and pretty carved chairs along with an old cooper coffee table add to the look of quality of the entire villa. This master bathroom is decorated in pretty
yellow tiles and is fully modern with a full length bathtub.
Across the hallway, the nicest feature of the large master
bedroom is a traditional stone wall with a pretty lighted
archway and a king sized bed in the center. Many lazy days will be spent lounging around this very private and spacious pool area. The views are stunning and fantastic sunsets can be watched as the sun sinks slowly behind the hills of the town.
EXTERIOR Please note >>> SURROUNDINGS The accessibility of Skopelos town, with its full array of restaurants, shops and cafes, all within just a few minutes drive from the villa make it perfect for those not wanting to spend much time in the car. The location of the property also suits walkers extremely well as there a number of old donkey trails and paths in the surrounding hillsides. SUITABILITY |

The blend of modern and traditional decoration
gives out a wonderful combination of style. At the main entrance
is a w/c shower room and access to one of the bedrooms with
two twin bed. This bedroom has wall to wall wardrobes and
double French doors leading to a spacious balcony which looks
out upon the pool and to the town in the distance. Down a
few stairs leads to the kitchen/sitting room level which has
built-in Skopelitian sofas and large fireplace. The brightly
covered sofas, corner fireplace, large dining table and lots
of windows create a comfortable and open space for relaxation.
