INTERIOR
As you enter into the main floor of Villa Levanda, it opens into a
large living room with corner fireplace and an open plan kitchen. This
spacious house combines a modern and a country island style and is
newly completed. In addition to the sitting room and kitchen, the
ground floor also comprises a bedroom with a single bed and a w/c
shower room. Upstairs there are three more bedrooms, two with double
bed and 1 with two single beds.
One of the double rooms is an example of the original country-style
bedrooms found in the olden days with an enormous bed running wall to
wall.This type of bed was used during the days when families spent days in
the countryside and was intended to provide sleeping space for all the
family together during olive or fruit picking season. Today this type
of bed works well for both adults and couples, but also makes a fun
sleeping space for 3-4 children. This bedroom has a private balcony
with views to the olive groves and a peek sea view. The double bed in
the second bedroom is slightly narrower than a normal double, but still
adequate for couples. The 3 rd bedroom is furnished with two twin beds
and shares a spacious balcony with the double bedded room and has
lovely views over the valley and the sea in the distance. All of the
upstairs bedrooms have lovely open wood beamed ceilings that add a nice
country touch. The balconies are all furnished with small table and
chairs to enjoy a private morning coffee or nightcap before retiring
whilst enjoying the fabulous views and surrounding nature.
EXTERIOR
The spacious gardens and pool area includes a traditional built-in BBQ
with a thatched umbrella which adds a touch of character. The terrace
is equipped with a large dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco
meals. This very private and peaceful space is perfect for those
wanting a holiday undisturbed.
SURROUNDINGS
Villa Levanda has the advantage of being in a quiet and peaceful
setting, but also is just a short walk or drive to the lovely beaches
of Stafilos and Velanio. In the opposite direction, Skopelos town is
just a few kilometers for those who like a walk in the countryside or
it can be reached within a few minutes by car. In the Stafilos area,
there is a mini market for your essentials and several restaurants
nearby. There are lots of walking trails in the area with acres of
olive trees in the valley and lovely sea views along the south coast of
the island.
SUITABILITY
Villa Levanda is a great choice for those wishing a quiet holiday in
the countryside with a pool and plenty of privacy. The close proximity
of Skopelos town makes it a good choice for families and large parties
who want some activity in the evenings without a long drive home. Beach
lovers will also be pleased with having two of the islands best beaches
close at hand.

The services of our representative
are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the
port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property)
and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include
telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will
be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently
if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before
19:00.
We provide cleaning service and
linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning
(excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon
request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can
also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne,
etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.
Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour
front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following
the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange
excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let
you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay.
Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday
with us an unforgettable experience.
In addition, a villa folder will
be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the
villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00.
On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise
arranged with our representative's Service Office.
