Glysteri Pool Cottage is the result of a successful renovation of an old country cottage. The renovation combines the feel of a traditional country cottage with a very comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation.

INTERIOR
Glysteri Pool Cottage is the result of a successful renovation of an old country cottage which has been standing next to grown chestnut trees for more than 100 years. The renovation has been made with great care and combines the feel of a traditional country cottage with a very comfortable and tastefully furnished accommodation. The cottage is built in two levels with the lower floor comprising of living/sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and a WC & shower room. In the area of the living room the imaginative owner has turned the old well into a lovely sea bed feature which we think you will enjoy!

An interior staircase leads up to the bedrooms of the cottage, the Master bedroom with double bed and an en suite WC /shower room and a twin bedded room. Both bedrooms have access, via French doors to a spacious balcony with breathtaking views to the valley below and the sea in the distance.

EXTERIOR
Glysteri Pool Cottage has lovely spacious outside sitting areas - some of which are shaded by the old chestnut trees surrounding the property. The main terrace has a large stone table for alfresco dinning and a beautiful stone built BBQ. The pool faces the valley and the sea in the distance and a shaded extension of the pool terrace might just turn into your favourite spot to enjoy a glass of wine or an ouzo before or after dinner.

SURROUNDINGS
Nature lovers with an interest in walking will find numerous opportunities to explore the area on the unbeaten tracks. You will also enjoy the beautiful bay of Glysteri approx. 4 km from the cottage with its taverna serving traditional dishes and sea food and a little privately owned museum exhibiting local handicrafts and historical findings. The beach and cosy tavernas of Agios Konstantinos are only 5-7 min drive from the cottage and Skopelos town with all its amenities is only a few minutes further. An excellent location to discover the interior of the island.
