INTERIOR
Stepping into the entry hall of this spacious villa – one is impressed by the light and airy feel to the place. The villa has windows on both sides allowing the cool sea breezes to flow through all of the rooms, keeping a comfortable temperature any time of day. The traditional ceramic tile floors and inviting furnishings add to the cool, summery feel. The main living area is an open plan, spacious room with wooden ceilings. Two sets of double French doors lead out to the terrace and private swimming pool with stunning views to the harbour and town. The roomy kitchen is perfect for preparing holiday meals for large parties. It is fully equipped to include a full sized oven and cooker, dishwasher and microwave. A breakfast table sits to the side and the large outdoor dining table is within convenient reach of the kitchen. Certainly in this villa, most meals will be taken outdoors enjoying the nature and fabulous views. The rest of the sitting room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a large screen, satellite television (English channels limited) including CD/DVD player.
Continuing down the long hallway are the three bedrooms, each painted in lively traditional colours lending a warm and inviting atmosphere to them. Each one has a traditional iron bed, spacious wardrobe and a private w/c shower room. The best feature though is that each bedroom has its own French door leading out to the pool terrace and takes full advantage of the lovely views to the pool and sea beyond. There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds in the main house.  The largest of the three bedrooms at the end of the hallway has a slightly larger w/c shower room and includes the washing machine.
There is a completely separated annex which serves as a fourth bedroom and is situated just to the side and above the main house. The same lovely views are seen from the window and this very large bedroom is built with a traditional wooden open-beamed ceiling. There is a spacious en-suite w/c shower room, one double bed and one single bed. It is the perfect place for a baby sitter, teenagers or even to be used as the master suite ensuring quiet and privacy for the head of the family.
EXTERIOR
The refurbishment of Villa Eleonas has been kept as closely as possible to the old traditional style of Skopelos. The main house of the villa and its surrounding walls are made from local stone. With the owner choosing to use the colours of ancient Greece, the brighter green shutters set off the stonework beautifully, just as they did in the olden days. The well thought-out design of the villa ensures that all of the rooms in the main house face out and have access to the swimming pool and its surrounding terraces. This takes full advantage of the Greek lifestyle which is lived mostly outdoors during the summer months. The terrace is equipped with a large outdoor dining table and umbrella situated in the most advantageous spot to overlook the town through the olive trees. The pool is surrounded by fruit and olive trees and has four sun beds to relax and soak up the warm Greek sunshine. The annex is situated just further back from the main villa and enjoys plenty of privacy and quietness, well away from the activities going on at the swimming pool. The other wonderful feature of this villa is the huge roof terrace where many an hour can be spent watching the ferries duck in and out of the harbour from morning till night. From this elevated spot, the views of the sea and the sparkling white-washed village of Skopelos Town are uninterrupted. The roof terrace is furnished with a second large dining table and cushioned bench seating. Whether its morning coffee or an evening ouzo – this exquisite spot will entrance you and captivate you any hour of the day.
SURROUNDINGS
Villa Eleonas is tucked into an olive grove and hardly visible through the trees until you are actually on the property. Situated just 300meters from the seafront road which skirts the harbour, one can easily walk to the numerous nearby restaurants. A leisurely stroll to the lively harbourfront of Skopelos town along the seafront is less than 10 minutes away.

The services of our representative
are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the
port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property)
and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include
telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will
be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently
if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before
19:00.
On top of that we can offer
alternative ways of transfer to the island or the house you have reserved. |

We provide cleaning service and
linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning
(excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon
request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can
also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne,
etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.
Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour
front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following
the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange
excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let
you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay.
Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday
with us an unforgettable experience.
In addition, a villa folder will
be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the
villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise

on line ferry ticket reservation
system. Tickets will be sent to you by courier either to your home address
or to an address in Greece, providing you will be staying for at least
1 working day there.
