INTERIOR
The most striking feature of Vala Beach Villa besides its excellent seaside position is the unique design of the house. The huge windows which cover nearly two entire walls of the sitting room take full advantage of the stunning views and sunlight. This design makes the most of its impressive location and feels as if the exterior of the house is just an extension of the interior and vice versa.
On the ground floor of the villa is the spacious sitting room and open plan kitchen. Also found is the master bedroom with double bed and a w/c shower room. A flight of stairs lead to the 2nd bedroom which is equipped with two single beds.
EXTERIOR
This newly renovated villa is part of a small complex of studios and apartments right next to Glyfa beach. This building is situated closer to the beach than the other units and enjoys more privacy that way. The villa enjoys stunning sea views towards the beach and the neighbouring uninhabited island of Peristera. An outdoor dining area ensures al-fresco holiday meals will be enjoyed with ease. A stone path connects the villa directly to the beach and the path leading to the fishing village of Steni Vala.
SURROUNDINGS
Vala Beach Villa has one of the best situations on the island being just a few meters from the crystal clear sea at Glyfa Beach and only approx. 5 min. walk from the picturesque fishing village of Steni Vala. This beautiful little village has several amenities such as a supermarket, a cafe and a couple of lovely fish tavernas. The convenience of the boat hire company in Steni Vala is great for those wanting to hire a private motor boat to explore the beautiful and rugged coastline of Alonissos.
SUITABILITY
The great beachside location of Vala Beach Villa makes it a perfect choice for both couples and families. This villa can also be booked together with Vala Beach Apartments for larger parties and family reunions. The close proximity to the crystal clear waters of Glyfa beach and some of the islands best seafood tavernas make Vala Beach Villa wonderfully convenient. But the best amenity of all for those looking for a relaxing beach holiday - is Glyfa Beach itself.

The services of our representative
are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the
port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property)
and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include
telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will
be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently
if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before
19:00.
We provide cleaning service and
linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning
(excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon
request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can
also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne,
etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.
Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour
front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following
the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange
excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let
you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay.
Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday
with us an unforgettable experience.
In addition, a villa folder will
be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the
villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00.
On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise
arranged with our representative's Service Office.
