INTERIOR
Entering on the 1 st floor of Panorama Villas, one
immediately sees the high quality of furnishings and
design. These two brand new, large villas have a well
thought-out floor plan with the entrance on the 1 st
floor. From the entry hall, there are 3 bedrooms. Two
of the bedrooms have double beds and a smaller bedroom
has two bunk beds. There is a large bathroom with a
full sized bath and shower on this floor. The two double
bedrooms have direct access onto a large first floor
balcony/terrace with exquisite views of Tzortzi Gialos
bay and beach and is a wonderful place to enjoy morning
coffee or an evening ouzo. There are external stairs
offering a convenient way down to the lower terrace

The ground floor of the villa comprises the living
room, dining room and kitchen as well as a 4th bedroom.
Both the kitchen/dining room and the living area have
access via French window onto a large terrace which
is convenient and perfect for al fresco dining. The
kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances, including
a microwave oven and a washing machine.
The dining room has a large dining table comfortably
seating six, the living room with a TV and Stereo system
is furnished with comfortable divan sofas, coffee table
and bookshelves lining one wall which offer ambiance
and warmth to the room. On the ground floor there are
toilet/washroom and one further double bedroom with
en-suite w/c shower room. This bedroom has access to
its own private side terrace via double French doors.
EXTERIOR
The 2 villas are completely separated, and very
private from each other and each property has its
own pool and terrace area. Apart from offering
the spectacular views of the beach, the external covered
terraces directly overlook the 10 meter long swimming
pool and sunbathing area. The terrace is equipped with
a large dining table. It is fitted with colourful mood
lighting for the long evenings waiting to be spent in
this incomparable atmosphere.
Both pool areas are fully furnished with sun beds and
parasols and the sunbathing terraces are also set
up for night use. With lovely atmospheric landscape lighting
and pool lights, the scene is set for enjoying warm summer
nights in and around the pool.
SURROUNDINGS Panorama
Villas are set in their own private property and are
not overlooked by any other accommodation which affords
total peace and tranquillity. Its south facing position
offers plenty of light and sunshine all day and fantastic
views of Tzortzi Gialos beach which is only a 10 minute
walk away. There are also a couple of other amazing
beaches within walking distance for those who like to
explore their surroundings by foot.
The location of these villas makes them unique because
some of the best beaches of the island are so close
at hand. Not only the beach of Tzorti Gialos nearby
but also Leftos Gialos, Kokinokastro and the wonderful
fishing village of Steni Vala.

gatherings and parties. Their convenience to towns and
beaches make them a great choice for all.

The services of our representative
are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the
port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property)
and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include
telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will
be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently
if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before
19:00.
We provide cleaning service and
linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning
(excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon
request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can
also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne,
etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.
Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour
front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following
the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange
excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let
you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay.
Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday
with us an unforgettable experience.
In addition, a villa folder will
be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the
villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

Even though sometimes possible,
clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00.
On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise
arranged with our representative's Service Office.

system. Tickets will be sent to you by courier either to your home address
or to an address in Greece, providing you will be staying for at least
1 working day there.
