INTERIORS Beach House
The newly built Beach House is situated even closer to the beach at only 30m away. From a small entry hall the large open plan living room/kitchen area is accessed. The space is light and airy with open beamed ceilings and a corner fireplace. The furniture and decor is at the same time rustic, but tastefully and artistically designed using items from the sea and surrounding nature.
The kitchen is well equipped with wooden cupboards and at one end of the room is a wooden staircase leading up to a lovely gallery which looks down upon the living room and has two single beds and an additional w/c.
Doors from the entry hall lead to the w/c shower room and bedroom, which is comfortably furnished with a double bed and has French doors leading to the front terrace. Throughout the house are wonderful views over the olive trees out to the sea beyond.
Beach Cabana
This newly built Cabana is situated next to the BEACH HOUSE and is completely detached and, again, is artistically decorated with warm homey touches. It comprises a large open room with a double bed, a well equipped kitchenette, including a small dining area and w/c shower room. Its splendid location, only 30m from the sea, makes a wonderful choice for a total beach holiday.
EXTERIOR
The newly completed Glyfa Beach House and Beach Cabana are situated just 30m from the beach with a stone built path through an olive grove leads to these brand new detached buildings.
The views from the Beach House and Cabana are outstanding and the large patios with comfortable seating for outdoor living make them a must for those looking for a convenient, relaxing beach holiday.
Two other small properties share this location but are set back and totally separate from the Beach House and Cabana.
SURROUNDINGS
Glyfa Beach House and Cabana are located slightly back from Glyfa Beach which is connected to (approx. 400m) the picturesque fishing village of Steni Vala, accessed via a beach road. Steni Vala is a protected cove with clear, turquoise blue waters surrounded by pine and olive grove covered hillsides. This sheltered harbour is regularly used by passing sail boats and fishermen selling their catch. The waterfront is lined with tavernas specialising in tempting fresh fish and seafood dishes. Try some freshly caught red mullet or maybe splurge on some sweet, tasty local lobster. Steni Valla also has a small beach, a supermarket with most of your essentials and is serviced by the local bus as well as by taxi. The main harbour town of Patitiri is about a 30 minute drive away.
SUITABILITY
Glyfa Beach House and Beach Cabana can be rented separately or as a whole for larger parties that want the convenience of two separate accommodations. Is suits couples or families who wish to have the sea close at hand and to stroll along a beach outside the door. Its closeness to Steni Vala with tavernas and shopping make it perfect for those wanting convenience without having to get in the car.

The services of our representative
are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the
port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property)
and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include
telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will
be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently
if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before
19:00.
We provide cleaning service and
linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning
(excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon
request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can
also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne,
etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.
Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour
front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following
the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange
excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let
you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay.
Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday
with us an unforgettable experience.
In addition, a villa folder will
be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the
villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

Even though sometimes possible,
clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00.
On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise
arranged with our representative's Service Office.

ferry tickets to and from Sporades, please use our
on line ferry ticket reservation
system. Tickets will be sent to you by courier either to your home address
or to an address in Greece, providing you will be staying for at least
1 working day there.
