Omirikon Hotel - Ithaca Island

SitLocated on the waterfront, this pretty, newly built residence is just an easy 10-15 minute stroll along the seafront promenade from the
bustling centre of Vathy.

This location enables you to enjoy the capital's charming atmosphere to the full, but the building is far enough from the centre to be peaceful, and thorough soundproofing ensures an undisturbed good night’s sleep.

Whilst still delightfully low-key and authentic, Vathy is rather sophisticated compared to the rest of the island, with a good choice of
restaurants and a cluster of inviting bars and an air of sophistication which also defines the Omirikon Residence, which offers some of the best quality accommodation on Ithaca.

The accommodation itself is very well appointed, with attractive, custom-made furnishings and many useful extras.

Some of the little luxuries you would have to make do without on a self-catering holiday elsewhere in Ithaca include individually controllable
air-conditioning units, direct dial telephones and internet connections, satellite TV and radio with a choice of English-language channels, and even hairdryers in all the shower rooms.

The junior suites and the ‘Honeymoon Suite’ are open plan and do not have a separate bedroom.

The "Honeymoon Suite" is particularly spacious and elegantly furnished. All the ground floor accommodation opens directly onto a lovely terrace facing the harbour and the upper floor suites each have their own balconies with splendid views across the sea and the harbour.

TRANSFERS

All clients who have rented a vehicle delivered to them upon their arrival at the port of Ithaca & those that have a vehicle of their own, will be personally met at the port by our representative and escorted to their accommodation unit. For arrivals before midnight this service is offered free of charge. For arrivals later than that escorted transfer is mandatory and there will be an extra charge of 20 euros.

Those who haven't rented a vehicle should take a taxi which will get them to the reserved accommodation unit (unless of course they choose to walk there, providing it is located within a short walking distance from the port and already know how to find it). Client's who have rented a villa will find the keys on the door and entrance lights on.

Exact trip details must be sent to us at least 10 days prior to client's arrival to the island of Ithaca so that we can arrange for their transfer (if required).

FERRY TICKET RESERVATIONS

If you wish to reserve ferry tickets to and from Ithaca, please use our on line ferry ticket reservation system. Tickets will be sent to you by courier either to your home address or to an address in Greece, providing you will be staying there for at least 1 working day.
