These small but stylish apartments are in a new and contemporary two storey house. The house is located in just a few hundred meters from the town central square (500m) in an easy walking route on the coastal road of Vathy. The building has a garden and shaded areas, private parking spaces for all the guests as well as beautiful views of the port and the town. The studio is located on the elevated ground floor and the two bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of the house.

Interior
The studio has an open plan space with a double bed, refrigerator, kettle, TV, air conditioning and private courtyard. The style is old fashioned and elegant and the whole room has been recently refurbished and redecorated. The apartment is of the same standards and style but it has one double bed room and one twin. There is a TV only in the double bedroom. The double bedroom has direct access to the large veranda with the sea view. The twin bedroom has partial sea view and a balcony. The apartment also has a refrigerator and air conditioning. These stylish apartments are ideal for couples or families with children that want to be in a quiet place but still in the heart of the town.
