Tazartes House is a detached traditional Sifnian house located in the very traditional and tranquil neighborhood of Katavati, a suburb of the island's main town - Apollonia, the central square of which is 300m away through the flagstone footpaths.

Tazartes House is accessible by a pedestrian footpath or by scooter only as there are no roads for cars in the old village. The nearest car road is 300m away.

Built about a century ago, Tazartes House has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room with a sofa bed.

There is also a terrace with grapevine covered pergola. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds.
There is a living room with a sofa bed and large a veranda with panoramic view of all the villages and the sea in the distance.
