  Katerina Villa, is located in Apollonia, 300m from the town center.
The nearest restaurant and bus stop is 50m away and 5km from the
nearest beach. This is a detached house consisting of 3 bedrooms,
2 bathrooms (one with a marble bathtub, the other with a marble-tiled
shower), large living room, fireplace, TV, telephone, dining room,
equipped kitchen and washing machine.
There is a traditional baking oven inside the house next to the
living room and wood for fuel is available. It has a large terrace
with stone-tables and a smaller covered porch adjacent to the kitchen.
