The buffet breakfast can be enjoyed indoors in the spacious breakfast room, or outside surrounded by flowers under the vine-covered pergola in the courtyard. The afternoon refreshments menu at the Boulis includes coffee, tea, fruit juice and soft drinks, plus tempting homemade liqueurs and traditional “spoon sweets” (fruits in heavy syrup) served with ice-cold water.
