from the script found at the Akrotiri excavations dating back to

caldera. Tradition says that the bride and groom travel to the church
on donkeys, mules, horses or ?n foot, accompanied by loca1 musicians
that play violins and tambourines.
After the ceremony, traditional sweets and drinks are offered ?n
the hotel's terrace complemented by music and dancing, and then
Santorini's finest restaurants and taverns are available. A wedding
