ALEXANDER'S BOUTIQUE HOTEL

When you arrive, you can get off in front of the main entrance. There is a parking lot where you can park your car about 30 metres (1/2 Block) away.

The hotel is located at the top level of the caldera on the main road and it takes only 8 steps down to get to your villa. Alexander's Boutique Hotel is in the village of Ia, recognised as the jewel of Santorini, with its Maritime Museum and history. Ia is celebrated for its magnificent sunset, which guarantees the most surprising display of colours. Alexander's Boutique Hotel welcomes you into a "home away from home" and you can settle on the terrace, enjoy the view of the Aegean Sea, the village and some of the world's most amazing sunsets.

Each villa has been created in the traditional cave style and is decorated with antiques from the owner's the private collection, which includes hand-made carpets. Neutral colours have been used to decorate the bedrooms and living rooms, to allow the charm of the furniture to shine and provide a feeling of elegance..

DIAMOND VILLA
The Diamond Villa has two double bedrooms with both King and Queen size beds that allow privacy, by closing the traditionally fitted doors and windows. These are divided from a large living room with a 33 " Sony TV, Sony stereo/CD system.

A separate, fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a microwave, coffee maker, mini bar and 5 burner, electric touchpad hotplates. The bathroom has a white marble floor with black granite trims around the hydromassage bath and hand basin.

EMERALD VILLA
The Emerald Villa has a combined living/bedroom, which allows you to relax in a King size bed while you enjoy your favorite movie.

The original wine vat, which has been maintained in this villa, was used for crushing the local grapes and the wine barrels were stored here until needed.

This villa has a separate kitchen / dining area to allow for that intimate dinner for two. The bathroom, once again has a white marble floor, but with green granite around the hydromassage bath and hand basin, which gave it its' name.

SAPPHIRE VILLA
Sapphire is the name for the third villa, because the bathroom has the very rare blue granite. The villa has a hydromassage bath and a queen size bed. You can be assured of privacy, while you enjoy the views of the Caldera and the surrounding village of Ia.

The combined kitchen / living room can remain private from the bedroom, by closing the traditionally fitted doors and windows that divide the two areas. Each villa is comfortable and stylish and guarantees a memorable break from your routine.

The bathrooms feature a different colour of granite to compliment the white marble floors and Grohe fittings guarantee a pressure shower, to ensure that you relax. TANZANITE VILLA From the charming bedroom in the Tanzanite Villa one has a view of the breathtaking Santorini Caldera right from the large king size bed. There is a small living room with a couch for a third person to sleep on and a separate kitchenette area. The marble bathroom is 'cave style', and offers a Jacuzzi bathtub. the TANZANITE Villa sleeps 2 to 3 persons.

AQUAMARINE VILLA The Aquamarine Villa has its own individual elegance. This house has a small living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The bathroom used to be an old furnace, and right above it one can see two traditionally fashioned chimneys. the AQUAMARINE Villa sleeps 2 persons.

THE CAVE HOUSES
The cavehouse complex offers guests a 180 degrees view of the caldera that overlooks the sea. With white walls and antique furniture, the cavehouses have a serene atmosphere that many guests have called the definitive Santorini experience.

Traditional cave houses style has been maintained according to the Cyclades style of architecture, creating a cosy atmosphere that harmoniously blends into the simplicity and beauty of the island.
