9 independent private houses have been constructed in the area of Agia Irini, approximately 5,5km from Parikia, in piece of land of 20.000m². All of them are built in the traditional cycladic style and have a magnificent view over the Aegean Sea and the island of Antiparos.

You will definitely enjoy swimming in the clear water of the small pebbles beach in front of the houses, or if you prefer at the sandy beach of Agia Irini 400 meters away.

And to finish your day you will appreciate having a drink on your veranda, admiring the unforgettable sunsets of Agia Irini.

houses can accommodate 4-6 persons and they consist of 2 bedrooms (villas 1, 2 and 7 consist of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), a living room with 2 extra built-in-sofa-beds, a kitchen, a bathroom, and at least one veranda with sea view.
