The complex is located near the central beach of Ano Koufonissi, approximately 50 metres from the beach and 100 meters from the port and constitutes an ideal place for relaxing and peaceful holidays, away from the noisy and crowded mass tourism destinations.

Cancellation policy
No cancellation fees for cancellations of 21 days or more prior to arrival
25% of the total cost charged as cancellation fees for cancellations between 20 days or less prior to arrival
25% of the total cost charged as cancellation fees for no-shows
