is a 4(*) star hotel and bungalow complex, located in Scaleta, 11 km away
from Rethymnon and 65 km from Heraklion. Scaleta is a small village with
hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars, discos and shops. The organised beach
with changing cabins, douches etc., can be reached through a tunnel and
a lift, 100m from the hotel. There is a regular bus service from the hotel
to Rethymnon.
RETHYMNO MARE hotel consists of 66 standard and 20 superior rooms in
the main building and 66 bungalows built in a typical Cretan style. All
rooms are furnished with private bathroom, toilet, balcony, music, telephone,
hair dryer, sat-tv, safe (at an extra charge), air-condition, heating,
refrigerator, beach/pool towels (with deposit), and some of them are with
sea view (on extra charge).
In all superior rooms: bathrobes, slippers, beach/pool towels, tea &
coffee making facilities and upon arrival wine, mineral water, fruits
