and 65 km from Heraklion.
Scaleta is a small village with hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars, discos
and shops. The organised beach with changing cabins, douches etc., can
be reached through a tunnel and a lift, 100m from the hotel. There is
a regular bus service from the hotel to Rethymnon.
