The Indigo Mare apartments complex is set on the most beautiful part of the golden sand of Platanias beach. It offers comfort and tranquility giving the unique opportunity to relax right next to the sea.

Indigo Mare is located only 450m from the main square of Platanias village. It is located only a 15 minute drive from the centre of Chania with its world known Venetian port and the archaeological sites of ancient Minoan Kydonia. The airport is a 30 minute drive away and the port of Souda 20 minutes, both through high way.

The complex consists of studios, apartments and maisonettes (65 in total). All apartments are fully equipped and carefully designed for the most enjoyable stay. Their facilities include: air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator, telephone and internet, music, safe box, shower or bath and balcony or veranda with wonderful sea view in some units and pool or garden view in others.

The swimming pool is just next to the environmental friendly organized beach and has a pool bar as well. At the restaurant-snack bar breakfast is served and clients may taste local and Mediterranean home cooked meals for lunch or dinner, always with excellent service. There is also a mini-market where one can find apart from all the usual goods, traditional Cretan specialties including olive oil and a wide variety of local wines.

The complex also offers children’s swimming pool, sauna, snooker and table-tennis room, satellite TV room and an underground parking area.
