Villa Victoria was
built in 2004. It is located on one of the most beautiful spots of the
island of Alonissos, between Patitiri and Chora (Asproplia) and therefore
enjoys a fantastic and unobstructed view over the sea and the green nature.
Built in a 1600 m2 area Villa Victoria is a 3 storied villa with stone
walls and flagstone pavements. All areas are covered with grass, trees
and various flowers. At night beautiful lamps shed their lights on the
trees and flowers. There are common garages for 3 cars, an 8x5 swimming
pool and a children's pool, a BBQ with a dinning room and a fully equipped
kitchen with refrigerator.
Villa Victoria consists of two independent one storied luxuriously built
apartments, 100 m2 each. Special care has been taken to ensure a high
quality in decoration and details in all the areas of the villa. Both
apartments have big living room, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator,
freezer, cooker with ceramic hotplates, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker,
small electric vacuum cleaner, etc.), two bedrooms (the one with a double
bed, bedside tables, dressing table and big wardrobes whereas the other
has 2 single beds, bedside tables, dressing table and big wardrobes).
Each apartment has its own bathroom with bathtub and curtain. The washing
machine is in the bathroom. The corridor that connects all the rooms is
equipped with a big built-in cupboard where all the small electrical equipment
is stored away. All rooms have verandas.
All areas have A/C, central heating, TV and sound system. Cleaning and
change of linen/towels is made twice a week.
The cluster of Northern Sporades, where Alonissos belongs, is rich in
vegetation, with Alonissos being one of the richest. It has the cleanest
beaches, most of which are easily accessible by car or motorbike. You
can get to unique beaches and small harbours by boats that leave early
in the morning. There you can eat fish freshly caught by local fishermen.
The island is an ideal holiday resort for those seeking for a quiet and
relaxing environment, far from noisy centres. Alonissos is also ideal
for all nature lovers as it has preserved much of its local colour having
many lovely picturesque small villages and towns built in the local traditional
architecture.
