A newly built top floor villa with three bed rooms (one en-suite), bathroom, sat T.V., fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and washing machine, air condition, Hi - Fi, dinning room, and large balconies.

On the ground floor are situated three air conditioned studios, of the same standards with the villa. Each studio can accommodate up to 4 persons , while the villa can accommodate up to 6 persons.

The whole complex is situated in a four acres private plant, just outside Stavros village and three kilometers from the nearest beach. The complex has a large swimming pool and a communal BBQ.
