INTERIOR
This beautiful newly built villa has spacious interiors and plenty of windows from which to enjoy the fantastic views of the sea. Entering into an open plan sitting room the comfortable furnishings and traditional style immediately give it a homey feeling. The two large sofas line up straight in front of the picture windows to take full advantage of the views out to sea and the neighbouring island of Peristera.

There is a very well-equipped kitchen which includes a microwave and blender. The rooms have easy access to the outside terraces for easy serving of outdoor meals.

There are two bedrooms, one is furnished with two single beds and the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite w/c shower room. There is a 2nd w/c shower room for the common use and hair dryers are provided in each shower room.

EXTERIOR
This newly built, contemporary villa has enough traditional touches to combine well with its location on the hillside above the beach. The terraces are spacious and there is always an area to escape the sun if a short afternoon nap is on the agenda. There are several sun loungers for those wanting to keep up their holiday tan. The large dining table is conveniently situated near the BBQ area for ease and convenience in serving.

SURROUNDINGS
Villa Liadromia is situated in a most peaceful setting just above a lovely, stony beach making it convenient to spend your day on the beach and just pop indoors whenever the mood strikes. It is perfect for those wanting to hire a boat for the day or for the entire holiday to explore the exquisite coastline of Alonissos. There are several choices of tavernas within a short drive or can even be reached by boat. There is one seaside taverna at the beach of Agios Dimitrios or for those wanting a bit more variety there are several tavernas on offer at the small fishing hamlet of Kalamakia, approximately 6 klm from Villa Liadromia. Also, the very picturesque fishing village of Steni Vala is a further 3 klm and has even more variety of tavernas specializing in the fresh fish of the area. The main port town of Patatiri is approximately a 35 minute drive from the cottages.
