INTERIOR - MAISONETTES
The entrance to each of the two maisonettes is on the upper floor, which comprises an open plan living/dining room with open wood-beamed ceiling, cool ceramic floor tiles and a well-designed kitchenette. The room is open and light with plenty of windows and French doors leading out to a fantastic balcony with the most amazing views of the Stafilos bay, sea and neighbouring islands. Both maisonettes are equipped with satellite TV including movie, sport and kids programmes. The rooms are decorated in a simple, elegant style and it is clear that these cottages are well looked after.

The balconies are furnished with a dining table and chairs for long afternoons and evenings spent enjoying these dramatic views. Each maisonette also has a spacious back patio from which to enjoy the early morning sun over coffee and breakfast. The main level living room has two comfortable, built-in divans, covered in fresh blue and white cushions and there is a w/c shower room with hair dryer and plenty of wardrobe space on this floor. Wooden stairs lead down to the bedroom level with two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite w/c shower room with a hairdryer. There are French doors leading to a private terrace, again with the same splendid views as above. Reached from the bedroom terrace is the ultimate in amenities - your own private Jacuzzi (maisonette 2) and private pool (maisonette 3). Enjoy intimate evenings or an early morning dip with this luxurious and unique addition to the maisonettes.

INTERIOR - VILLA
The detached, 1 bedroom pool villa is furnished just as comfortably and attractively as the maisonettes, with the upstairs level open plan. The kitchen, furnished with a spacious breakfast table and the sitting room with comfortable sofas, have a very spacious feeling. The ceilings are open beamed and there are lots of windows including French doors leading to the large sea-facing balcony. The divan style sofas in the sitting room are perfect for extra sleeping space. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, including movie, sport and kids programmes. There is also a w/c shower room including hair dryer on the ground level. Just at the main entrance door there is a spacious patio, comfortably furnished, which overlooks not only the pool area, but also the fantastic sea views.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with double bed, single sofa bed, air conditioning and en-suite modern w/c shower room, including hair dryer. The private swimming pool is reached from the bedroom level where long leisurely days can be spent soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Have an early morning swim before breakfast or a mid-night dip with the convenience of the pool just outside your bedroom door.

EXTERIOR
These pretty peach-coloured cottages stand on a hillside just above the bay of Stafylos and it is evident, even from the outside that the property is well looked after. Reached from the main road by a steep winding driveway, they are quite private, set amongst the natural beauty of the olive groves that surround them. With low stone walls and landscaped gardens they blend well with the countryside.

SURROUNDINGS
Its convenient location, situated just above the beaches of Stafylos and Velanio means that you have your choice of some of the islands most picturesque and beautiful shingle/sand beaches. They can be reached either by foot, 10 minutes down the steep winding road, or by car in a matter of minutes. A pretty cliff-side taverna, just above the bay, is perfect for a mid-day break from the afternoon sun or dinner with the sounds of the lapping sea below.

A couple of tavernas are also found near the cottages, within a five minute walk from home. There is a super market with most daily essentials, including fresh bread, within a 15 minute walk towards town. The bus stop is located 100m from the accommodation, with the bus taking approximately 10 minutes to reach the lively waterfront of Skopelos Town Private whirlpool where you are spoilt for choice with shops, tavernas and cafes. In the other direction, the bus heads down the length of the island stopping at all the villages and beaches that line the west coast. For those who like to walk and hike, the walk to town is approximately 50 minutes plus there are an abundance of beautiful nature trails in the area and around the island.
