INTERIOR
Villa 1 (on the right hand side facing the pool)
The entrance to this traditionally styled house is into an open plan lounge and kitchen with breakfast table. Built and decorated in an island style, it has open beamed ceilings, terra cotta tiled floors and the furniture is dark wood to match the ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped including a small dishwasher. A spacious, additional outdoor dining table is found on the terrace where most meals will be enjoyed al fresco. Patio doors lead out to this large terrace which overlooks the pool and sea in the distance and has a BBQ, outdoor sink and worktop area. There is a TV with satellite which includes movie and sports channels as well as childrens programming.

The first sleeping area is located upstairs from the lounge area. Here is an open bedroom (no door separating the lounge) which is furnished with a double bed, has air conditioning and an en-suite w/c shower room.

The second sleeping area/master bedroom is located down stairs from the lounge. This bedroom is fully closed off and is furnished with a double bed, has air-conditioning and an en-suite w/c shower room.

Villa 2 (on the left hand side facing the pool)
The entrance is similar to Villa 1 but has a few steps up into the open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen.  This is also decorated in a traditional Greek style with dark wood furniture and open-beamed wood roof. The kitchen is also fully equipped including a small dishwasher. This room has air conditioning and satellite TV which includes movie and sport channels as well as childrens programming. At the front of the house facing the pool there is a small balcony and another patio area is situated at the bottom of the entrance steps. 

Villa 2 has two bedrooms, both fully closed off from the lounge. One bedroom is reached by steps down from the lounge area and is furnished with 1 double and 1 single bed and has air conditioning. There is an en-suite w/c shower room which also has a washing machine. 

The second bedroom is situated upstairs from the lounge and is furnished with a double bed and has air conditioning and an en-suite w/c shower room. There are double French doors leading to a small balcony which overlooks the pool and the lovely sea views.

At the rear of villa 2 there is a terrace with BBQ, outdoor sink and stone seating area.

EXTERIOR
These two newly built detached houses are situated on a dirt track leading from the main road between Patitiri and the Old Village . Both have their own entrance gates and parking area and there is an outdoor shower at the pool area. They share the lovely, landscaped swimming pool and the surrounding patio areas. From here, the views encompass the neighbouring island of the 'Two Brothers' and on a clear day, the islands of Skantzoura and Skyros can be seen in the distance.

SURROUNDINGS
Although the nearest supermarkets and tavernas are situated up in the Old Village , just slightly further and downhill you will find all amenities needed in the port town of Patitiri as well. The nearest beach is Maglos Mourtias which is covered in flat stones and has crystal clear waters for swimming. There are several tavernas on the beach which are open from the end of May to the end of September.
