| This brand new house is located on the outskirts of Vathy town on the road to Perachori village. Nontas House is built in a traditional style and its light colors give it a sense of summer flair. The house is in an elevated location, has two storeys, balconies and big courtyards as well as private parking spaces. The whole property is in a piece of land full of olive trees. The top floor house has two bedrooms, living room, dining area, open plan kitchen and bathroom and on the attic there is a third bedroom. The house has a big balcony, overlooking the port of Vathy and each of the first floor rooms also have a balcony or a courtyard. The interior is modern with bright colors curtains and pillows. The studio is on the ground floor and is a one space room with kitchenette
and a bathroom. The studio opens on to a big courtyard that also looks
over the port of Vathy. |

| TRANSFERS |
All clients who have rented a vehicle delivered to them upon their arrival at the port of Ithaca & those that have a vehicle of their own, will be personally met at the port by our representative and escorted to their accommodation unit. For arrivals before midnight this service is offered free of charge. For arrivals later than that escorted transfer is mandatory and there will be an extra charge of 20 euros. Those who haven't rented a vehicle should take a taxi which will get them to the reserved accommodation unit (unless of course they choose to walk there, providing it is located within a short walking distance from the port and already know how to find it). Client's who have rented a villa will find the keys on the door and entrance lights on. Exact trip details must be sent to us at least 10 days prior to client's arrival to the island of Ithaca so that we can arrange for their transfer (if required). |

| FERRY TICKET RESERVATIONS |
If you wish to reserve ferry tickets to and from Ithaca, please use our on line ferry ticket reservation system. Tickets will be sent to you by courier either to your home address or to an address in Greece, providing you will be staying there for at least 1 working day. |
