Welcome to Apartments ESPERIDES! A complex of 5 holiday houses, right by the sea front. The accommodation is well spread out on a 4000m2 private area. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped, have their own entrance, parking space and balcony with sea view. Esperides are within walking distance (only 1km) from the picturesque village of Marathopolis (Marathos) in Messinia, Peloponnese, in the southern Greece.

Location
ESPERIDES are located to the southwest of Greece, in the Prefecture of Messinia ( Peloponnese region), within a short walking distance from the small, traditional village of Marathopolis.
Distances:
City Center: 1,3km, Shops-Restaurants: 1,3km, Port: 25km, Bus Station: 7km, Aiport: 55km, Railway Station: 25km.

Rooms
Apartments Esperides is a complex οf 5 identical, autonomous and self-catering bungalows. The rooms are fully renovated (2008), comfortable, modern and well structured. Every apartment is 40sq.m. and it consists of: 2 large rooms:
-Bedroom, with a double bed and a large wardrobe (sheets & towels are also provided).
-Sitting room, with 2 single beds, couch (with sleeping capacity), table and chairs.
-Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, electric cooker and all the necessary cooking and household utensils. The kitchen area is separated from the sitting room by a useful counter. -Bathroom (WC & shower).
-Balconies: All apartments have 2 private balconies (8sq.m. each), both with sea view and garden.
*Capacity: 4 persons per apartment.

Kitchen Equipment
Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, electric cooker and all the necessary cooking and household utensils. The kitchen area is separated from the sitting room by a useful counter.
