INTERIOR
The front entrance to this brand new villa one enters into a large, open plan room. With cool tile floors and wood beamed ceilings, the traditional blends will with the contemporary touches in the room. An interesting design feature of the interior top level of the house makes the descending stairwell a centre piece of the room. On one end is a modern kitchen with full sized oven, fridge/freezer and all of the equipment one needs. Walking around this stairwell, the dining room is furnished with a large table for 6 persons and is easily accessible from the kitchen. Further on is the sitting room which is comfortably furnished and faces the corner fireplace and television area. From here, there are two balcony doors leading to a spacious terrace that enjoys splendid views to the sea in the distance and the swimming pool below.
Continuing around the stairwell, one enters a small hallway which can be closed off by a separate door. Here there is an office/bedroom which is perfect for a baby sitter, elderly person or an older child. The furnishings are comfortable, yet keeping with a traditional feel. Just next door is a w/c shower room which can be used as a common facility or closed off as an en-suite to the bedroom.
Down the stairs there is a long hallway with two bedrooms and a full w/c with bathtub in between. The bedrooms each have their own access to a common balcony via double French doors with a side sea view. One bedroom has two single beds and the master bedroom is furnished with a double bed – both rooms have large walk-in closets.
In addition to the bedrooms, there is an exit from the bottom level of the house which leads into a garage and laundry facilities are found. There is also the path that leads to the BBQ area and the pool.
EXTERIOR
The exterior spaces of Villa Thymari are spacious and enjoy fabulous sea views toward the beach of Glysteri. The house itself is made totally of local stone with bright Aegean blue accents in the window and door frames. The balcony accessed from the sitting room is spacious and perfect for alfresco dining. The BBQ area is located on the bottom level of the villa and the pool area is situated on a level further below (approx 30 meters from the bottom bedroom level). SURROUNDINGS
The area of Villa Thymari is perfect for those who want peace and to be surrounded by nature and have the advantage of lovely sea views. The hillsides surrounding the villa are olive and pine covered with plenty of walking and hiking trails. With just a 10 minute drive to the lively waterfront of Skopelos town, and 10 minutes to the beach of Glysteri, the villa is conveniently located.

The services of our representative
are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the
port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property)
and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include
telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will
be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently
if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before
19:00.
We provide cleaning service and
linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning
(excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon
request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can
also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne,
etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.
Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour
front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following
the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange
excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let
you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay.
Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday
with us an unforgettable experience.
In addition, a villa folder will
be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the
villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00.
On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise
arranged with our representative's Service Office.
