INTERIOR
This lovingly restored cottage, decorated in pretty blues and whites offers a spacious sitting room with two divan sofas, terracotta floors and painted blue ceilings. It has a cheerful atmosphere as you enter into the sitting room with the kitchen situated in the far corner. It is equipped with a microwave and 2 ring hob. The dining area offers a typical Greek table and chairs that keep with the traditional scheme.
A door from the kitchen leads to a back terrace which provides great ventilation for warm summer evenings plus extra light to the area.
The two bedrooms are reached from the main sitting room area, one a double bedded room and one with two single beds. They are both furnished with fitted wardrobes and the double room has views to the sea. There is also a w/c shower room situated off of the sitting room.
EXTERIOR
With the front terrace one of the cottage's best assets, hours can be spent here enjoying the stunning scenery with the shimmering bay below, watching the comings and goings of this busy little harbour. (Please note: the cottage is accessed by a foot path, with stairs up the hillside approx 250m - not suitable for those with walking difficulties - please keep in mind luggage must be hand carried up to the cottage)
SURROUNDINGS
Limani Cottage stands approx. 250m above the islands loveliest harbour of Steni Vala. This picturesque, tiny harbour has just a handful of delightfully unpretentious tavernas which line the pretty quayside and a small shingle beach. A hired boat can be moored here to give easy access to the rest of the islands beaches.
In addition to the waterfront tavernas, there is a cafe and a couple of mini-markets. From the harbour, it is just a short stroll across a low headland to reach the pebble beach of Glyfa. Along the port in high season, you can also find water taxis departing for the beautiful beach at Agios Dimitrios. The village of Steni Vala is also serviced by local bus and taxi. A small tent site is situated between the house and the harbour but this does not detract from the peace and privacy of the location.

The services of our representative
are included in the rental cost. Our representative will meet you on the
port of Skopelos/Alonissos upon arrival (1st arriving party for each property)
and will give you a Welcome Letter which will include
telephone numbers for our office and representatives. Also included will
be driving instructions and a map to get to your property independently
if you have not booked an escorted transfer with us AND are arriving before
19:00.
We provide cleaning service and
linen change twice a week, including arrival cleaning
(excluding Sundays). Additional maid service can usually be arranged upon
request and at an extra fee. Baby cots, high chairs and extra beds can
also be arranged on request as well as welcome packs, flowers, champagne,
etc. Please speak directly with our office staff for prices and availability.
Our representative's Service Office is located on the harbour
front in Skopelos Town. A personal villa visit will be made the day following
the arrival to answer any individual queries. The staff can help you arrange
excursions & car hire, provide tips on what to see and do and let
you know of any special events that might be happening during your stay.
Our aim is to provide a highly personalised service to make your holiday
with us an unforgettable experience.
In addition, a villa folder will
be found in each accommodation, giving detailed information about the
villa and the area including nearest shops, restaurants and beaches.

Even though sometimes possible,
clients should not expect to check-in earlier than 14:00.
On departure the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 unless otherwise
arranged with our representative's Service Office.

system. Tickets will be sent to you by courier either to your home address
or to an address in Greece, providing you will be staying for at least
1 working day there.
