Studios close to town centre (Vathy)
Exterior
Livanis Studios is located just a few meters behind the central square
of Vathy, in a very quiet alley. They are on the first floor of a two
storeyd building and you have to use a twelve stairs staircase to get
on accommodation level. The building is new and has a traditional style.
It has small cozy verandas with shades but no sea view. This accommodation
is ideal for those who do not want to use their car or moto for every
movement on the island. It is surrounded from taverns and the shops of
the town center while the night life is just a fifteen minutes walk on
the town’s promenade which is quite idyllic. Distance from the closest
beach (Loutsa) is only 850 meters and please note that this is the only
beach accessible on foot. Distances from the other beaches are: Filiatro
1,5km., Dexia Beach 1,2km., Mynimata 1km., Aghios Ioannis 15km., Afales
18km. Kourvoulia 20km., Kioni 24km.
Interior
Each of the six studios has an open plan space with double bed, air conditioning,
T.V. kitchenette, fridge, shower room, balconies. Please note, studio
number six has no balcony. The kitchenette has all utensils that are needed
including an electric kettle e.t.c.. The accommodation is ideal for couples
that want to have all the small luxuries on their holidays but do not
want to spend a fortune on their accommodation.
TRANSFERS
All clients who have
rented a vehicle delivered to them upon their arrival at the port
of Ithaca & those that have a vehicle of their own, will be personally
met at the port by our representative and escorted to their accommodation
unit. For arrivals before midnight this service is offered free of
charge. For arrivals later than that escorted transfer is mandatory
and there will be an extra charge of 20 euros.
Those who haven't rented a vehicle should take a taxi
which will get them to the reserved accommodation unit (unless of
course they choose to walk there, providing it is located within a
short walking distance from the port and already know how to find
it). Client's who have rented a villa will find the keys on the door
and entrance lights on.
Exact trip details must be sent to us at least 10 days
prior to client's arrival to the island of Ithaca so that we can arrange
for their transfer (if required).

FERRY TICKET RESERVATIONS
If you
wish to reserve ferry tickets to and from Ithaca, please use our
on line ferry ticket reservation
system. Tickets will be sent to you by courier either to your home
address or to an address in Greece, providing you will be staying
there for at least 1 working day.
