Setos Villa is a
traditional detached house. The original house was built in the 1920’s;
it was completely restored in 1991 and is now an elegant, artistic
Sifnian house, set in a very quiet area.The location of Setos Villa is in Kato Petali, 800m
from the restaurants and shops in the town center of Apollonia, while
the bus stop is at a distance of 150m, the nearest beach is 6km away.
The house is built in two levels.The lower level is
a combination of living and dining room with built-in sofas and stone
tables, a kitchen, and the main bedroom plus a large veranda overlooking
the villages of Apollonia and Kato Petali. The floor throughout the
ground level (indoor & outdoor) is inlaid with Sifnian stone.
A wooden staircase connects the living room of Setos
Villa to the upper level; the floors throughout this level are wooden
and here you will find one more bedroom with a double and a single
bed. On this level there is also another large veranda with built-in
benches and panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and the sea
in the distance.
