of the main ports of Greece): When booking airplane tickets in combination
with ferry tickets you should always keep in mind the case of delay of
the flight, which will definitely affect your being on time for your ferry
connection.
The distance from the Athens airport to the port
of Pireas (where ferries leave for Cyclades and Crete) is approximately
1 hour, but this highly depends on the time during the day you do this
itinerary. If it is durng rush hour, it may take longer.
The distance from the Athens airport to the port
of Agios Constantinos or Volos (where ferries leave for Sporades islands)
is approximately 185 and 210km respectively.
